I don't think I need to say more. But I will: This is incredibly fun to make. Butter and sugar on the stove until it turns into a thick, foamy mix; then add in pecans and candied bacon; keep cooking it until it's just right, then pour it onto a pan to cool and set into crunchy, sweet, savory toffee.
